Roland DG Mid Europe is a subsidiary of Roland DG Corporation in Japan. Roland DG Corporation manufactures large format printers, cutters, integrated printer/cutters, engraving and milling machines, laser scanners and metal printers. These products are primarily used in the printing and medical industries.
 

Innovative market leader

Roland DG was a pioneer in the development of large format printers with a cutting function. Today, thanks to our constant stream of innovations, we are still the market leader in the outdoor printing segment. In addition to a large selection of printers and cutters, we also have an extensive range of engraving machines and modelling (milling) machines. These machines are used in diverse markets including the dental sector. To be precise, we developed machines specifically for the creation of dental prosthetics.
 

World-wide organisation

Roland DG Corporation has branches and partners throughout the world. There are Roland branches in Belgium, the US, Australia, Great Britain, Spain, Italy, Denmark and Brazil, and they are each responsible for the sales, distribution and after-sales service within a specific geographical region.

  • Our history

    Roland DG was founded as a subsidiary company of Roland Corporation in Osaka (Japan) on May 1st 1981. Initially, the company functioned as a manufacturer of computerized music peripherals. One year after the foundation, Roland DG Corporation introduced its first pen plotter, the DXY-100. The second achievement dates from 1988 when the company released its first cutting plotter. This PNC-1000 introduced Roland DG Corporation permanently into the sign market.
